When you read my brief career summary you will see I have over 30 years in community service management, executive leadership, and governance. I have managed large community service organisations in Victoria and the Northern Territory. In addition, I have led many Boards, sub-committees and contributed to major government social policy projects.
Peers respect me for my strategic thinking, leadership development, financial and systems management, community service design, government partnering and persuasive communication skills.
I have formal qualifications in executive coaching, education, counselling, governance, and business.

Working with Staff: As a leader I enable staff and volunteers to align to the purpose of the organisation and empowered to have impact through their work.
Advocacy: Organisations are part of a broader system. Part of the role of NGO’s is to work within the systems of interlocking services to influence social policy.
Supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait self-determination: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have never ceded sovereignty of this land and yet have experienced significant trauma and injustice through the ongoing process of invasion and colonisation. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people should have access to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander controlled services. I am committed to supporting the growth of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Controlled Organisations.
Quality and Planning: NGO’s have a responsibility to provide high quality and well-planned services to meet the needs of vulnerable communities and individuals.
